I have used 3 that are on this list.

The BFG LongTrail, Toyo Open Country H/T and the Federal MS357.
The Federal is a bloody good tyre, I have it on my current vehicle, so far it has done 5000 miles, mainly on roads, having been used 2-3 times a month in fields and woodland terrain, it works well on snow and slush covered roads If my driving needs are the same I will be buying this tyre again.

The Toyo H/T Was a tyre I had on my Landcruiser 78 series LWB. This tyre was also M&S rated. Again I mostly used the vehicle touring around the uk, fishing, camp-sites. But when I did need to go in to a wet or muddy field there was minimal fuss, I covered over 15,000 miles in this vehicle with these tyres and they were barely worn.

The BFG Long Trail was fitted on a td5 discovery I owned. I neither owned these tyres or the vehicle for long so Im not able to recall how well they performed. Despite its more aggressive appearance the tyre IS not M&S rated. That is all I can say about this tyre.
